A clever trick that's easy to perform and lends itself to many novel presentations.

An unusual pack of cards, unusual in that it has been cut in half diagonally across the back of the entire pack. Having introduced this strange pack, the magician proceeds to spread the separate halves face down and have two spectators each touch the back of a half card. Despite the two touched cards being independently chosen, they are turned over and they match perfectly. The remainder of the pack is shown to be randomly mixed portions of a pack of cards.
